Once you call, we set up a time that suits you to visit. We answer your questions and give you a written estimate. We always ask that the homeowner be present at the time of the estimate, so any and all concerns can be addressed.

We are not a franchise. I’m the owner and I do every residential job myself with my crew because I care about workmanship and quality. Business owner at every job: I oversee your project from start to finish.

I believe in people’s ability to make a decision for themselves. If you don’t like the price, or anything else, there is no pressure to sign a contract. And no sales calls after.

Straight answers, in his words.

No. Estimates are always free of charge.

No. One of the things we like least is getting a quote and then receiving endless sales calls. Some businesses follow up until you “buy or die”. I believe in people’s ability to make a decision for themselves. If you didn’t like the price, or anything else, there is no pressure to sign a contract.

It depends on how big the house is, but it normally takes about 15 minutes.

That depends on whether one of our estimators is available. It’s best to call a day in advance.

Within a week or two, depending on how busy we are. We will always work with your schedule.

Pricing is usually based on square footage and how difficult the job is. For example, an interior with a lot of two-story walls will cost more than the same house with only one-story walls.

Yes, we are happy to supply references.

First we cover the ground with plastic and tarps. We scrape the loose paint, sand if needed, and power wash the house. Then we apply elastopatch on damaged areas, prime and paint.

There’s no need for chemicals. A power washer with enough PSI cleans the house top to bottom, and putting chemicals on the house can cause problems for the paint job. Chalking is the most common problem. It happens when low quality paint was used or the paint is too old, and power washing fixes it.

HOA requirements

Getting your colors approved

If your subdivision has an HOA, it has to approve your colors before the exterior gets repainted. Usually there’s a list of pre-approved colors. Sometimes you can pick your own and submit them. It’s best to call your HOA and ask what the requirements are, and how long it takes on average to get colors approved.
